This is a Chinese recipe, simple and easy to cook, delicious and filled with full of flavors. Paneer is a good source of calcium and proteins and can prevent stomach disorders.
1 big Capsicum
2 Carrots
50 gm Paneer
50 gm Butter
3-4 tbsp of soya sauce
Salt to taste
Soak paneer in luke warm water for 2 minutes and then grate into thin slices and keep aside.
Soak rice for half an hour, then drain the water and keep the rice aside.
Now take a pan, put a generous slice of butter, fry the paneer pieces for 2-3 minutes till they turn light brown. Do not over fry them which makes the paneer hard.
Now fry carrots and capsicum, add required salt and fry till they become tender.
Take a pressure cooker add a generous amount of ghee, then add 3 cups of water, add salt to taste, boil it for 5-10 minutes, now add the rice, close it with a lid and let it cook.
Take a pan, add butter, now mix the fried capsicum, carrots and paneer with cooked rice, add 1-2 tbsp of soya sauce.
Turn off the heat.
Delicious and yummy paneer fried is ready to serve.
