Pepper Rings Egg Makhni

This is a unique and interesting combination of bell pepper and egg.















Ingredients
2 Bell Pepper

For Masala
1-2 cloves
Small piece of cinnamon stick
1-2 cardamom
2 Onions
2-3 Green chillies
2-3 Red chillies
1-2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 Tomatoes

For Egg
1 Onion
Chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1/4 tbsp chilly powder

Method
Cut the bell pepper to the shape of rings and keep them aside.
Heat 2-3 tbsp of butter in a pan, add all the ingredients mention in masala in the order mentioned and fry them till the onions turn light brown and then add tomatoes and let it cook. Then keep it aside, let it cool down and grind it to paste.
Now take another bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned in (for egg), beat the eggs well with rest of the ingredients. keep it aside.
Now heat 2-3 tbsp of butter in a pan, place the pepper rings and just shallow fry and then take the egg mixture and drop it slowly into the pepper rings till they are half filled, now close the lid and let it cook for   5-7 minutes. Once the egg gets cooked add the masala paste and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.

Your yummy and health pepper rings egg makhni is ready to serve.

Egg Burji Masala

It is a quick and easy recipe with egg. Especially for beginners, it can be an exciting kick start.
















Ingredients

2 Eggs
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1-2 Green chillies
Small piece of ginger
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilly powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and once the mustard seeds splatter, add sliced ginger and curry leaves. Now add chopped onions and fry till they turn translucent, add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder. Now add tomatoes and let it cook for 10 minutes, finally add the eggs, mix it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the heat.

EGG BONDA

Egg bonda is a simple and delicious snack that can be prepared at home easily.





















Ingredients
4 Boiled eggs 
1cup of gram flour (besan)
1/2 tsp Chilly powder
A pinch of Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry


Method
Mix gram flour, Chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt thoroughly and add water to make it to a thick paste.

Slice the eggs into small even pieces and dip them into the paste. Make sure it is coated evenly.

Heat the oil in a pan and drop the coated egg pieces one by one.

Fry them in medium flame till they turn golden brown.

Your Tasty Egg Bonda is ready to serve !!!

EGG ALOO KURMA

This is a unique recipe with egg and potatoes. The masala in this recipe makes this dish unique in taste.










Ingredients
3 boiled eggs
1 boiled potato

Masala ingredients
2 inches cinnamon
2-3 cardamom
4-5 cloves
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 inch sized ginger
5 garlic cloves
2-3 green chillies
1/2 cup coconut pieces
3-4 cashewnut
1 sliced onion
1 tomato

Seasoning Ingredients
1 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
curry leaves
1-2 green chillies
1 sliced onion
1 teaspoon chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste

Method
Heat oil in a pan, put all the masala ingredients, fry till the onions turn light brown and then add tomato.


 








Let it cool down and then grind it to paste and keep it aside.










Now heat oil in a kadai, put all the seasoning ingredients, add potato let it fry for 5 minutes, now add masala paste and fry for 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water, finally add the boiled eggs, fry for 2 minutes and turnoff the stove.

EGG CURRY

This is one unique dish which is rich in taste.
















Ingredients
 2-3 boiled eggs
1tbsp of mustard seeds
1tbsp of cumin seeds
3-4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2-3 cardamom
3-4 green chillies slit to half
1tbsp of ginger garlic paste
curry leaves
2-3 onions finely chopped
1 tbsp of turmeric powder
salt to taste
1cup of boiled milk with its cream

Method
Heat oil in a pan, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, put onions once the raw smell of ginger garlic disappears, now add salt and fry till onions turn golden brown, then add turmeric powder, cook till its raw smell disappears, now put the boiled eggs. Put small slits in the eggs so that the masala is coated well on the eggs. Fry till they are coated well with the ingredients. Finally pour the boiled milk along with its cream, cook for 3-5 minutes and add coriander leaves just before turning off the stove.

EGG JUNNU FRY

This is variety dish made with egg. It goes well with chapattis and rice.
















This dish is prepared in two steps.

1) Ingredients
    2-3 eggs
    2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
    1tbsp turmeric powder
    1tbsp of chilly powder
    1tbsp of garam masala powder
    salt to taste

2) Ingredients
    2 finely chopped onions
    1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds
    2-3 green chillies
    1 finely chopped tomato
    8-10 cashew nuts
    curry leaves
    salt to taste

Method

Beat the eggs well, add all the ingredients mentioned in (1), then take a small vessel with lid, apply oil to the inside of the vessel. Pour the egg mix into the vessel.
Now take a large vessel and fill 1/4 of the vessel with water, then place small vessel into this and cook for 20 minutes.
The egg mixture will be in sponge consistency now. Cut them into small 1 inch cubes.

Now heat oil in a pan, add the ingredients mentioned in (2), then put the egg pieces and fry, finally add cashew nuts and garnish with coriander leaves.

EGG GHEE ROAST

This is a spicy yet mouth watering dish. It goes well with chapattis and rice.

















Ingredients

2 boiled eggs
1 cup ghee
5-6 red chillies
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 full garlic pod
1 tbsp of coriander seeds
salt to taste


Method

preparation of masala :
Grind the red chillies, garlic and coriander seeds into fine paste.

Now heat ghee in a pan, put the masala paste, turmeric powder and salt. Fry till the raw smell disappears and finally put the boiled eggs cut into half in the pan, stir till the eggs are well coated with the masala. Finally add coriander leaves for added aroma and taste. Now turn off the stove.
